Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a Data Analyst (m/f/d) for Procurement in Hamburg / Finkenwerder to support Airbus Aerostructures. The role involves analyzing large datasets to enable informed business decisions and improve procurement processes.

You will create dashboards and reports, apply statistical techniques, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and performance KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Data Engineering, Data Science or comparable.
• Professional experience in Procurement, IT, Process Optimization, Stakeholder Management and Data Analysis.
• Experience in querying relational databases (R and/or SPSS) is a plus.
• Very good user skills in Python, SQL, SAP and JavaScript.
• Skills in Skywise is a plus.
• Fluent English and advanced German Skills spoken and written.

• Applying methods gathering relevant data from various sources.
• Processing raw data to ensure data quality.
• Applying statistical and analytical techniques on datasets from various source systems and Excel files, and transition them into database solutions.
• Creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations to effectively communicate results.
• Driving and implementing automation and digitalization initiatives across all procurement and supply chain management processes.
• Designing and developing comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to visualize critical insights, such as spend analyses and performance KPIs.
• Identifying key levers for continuous process improvement and measure performance within the procurement workflows.
• Collaborating closely with other teams and management.
• Acting as the interface between specific business functions, the data ecosystem, and the desired solution.
• Actively sharing best practices, insights, and techniques with the broader data analyst community.
