Alexander Daniels Global Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a near-Hannover, onsite role. You will manage purchasing activities, develop supplier relationships, and coordinate contracts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has proven procurement experience in manufacturing/engineering/aerospace settings, strong communication skills, and hands-on problem-solving ability. ERP exposure with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have proven procurement experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering/aerospace/defence or similar high-stakes environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills; ability to work independently and across functions.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities: requirements, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, support negotiations, monitor performance.
• Coordinate supplier contracts, documentation, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement records and collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• Help establish standardized procurement processes as activities move to a structured function.
• Support implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and ensure policy/compliance adherence.

Procurement Specialist - Steyerberg (Near Hannover) - Onsite

As a Procurement Specialist, you will take a hands‑on role in managing purchasing activities, developing supplier relationships, supporting negotiations, and coordinating contracts across the business. You will help build scalable procurement processes, designed to work within a growing industrial and manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of materials and services.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for:

• Proven procurement experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence or similar high-stakes, high-reliability environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A hands‑on, pragmatic approach to solving operational and supplier‑related challenges.
• Desirable experience using an ERP system such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with procurement process improvement, ERP implementation, or structured procurement controls
