Terma Group is seeking a Procurement/Project Controller to join our team at ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany. You will support project management in budgeting and administration, ensure compliance with ESA regulations, and prepare plans and reports on cost, schedule, documentation, risk and technical progress to provide full visibility of resources.

We are looking for Procurement/Project Controller to join our team at ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany.
You are going to support the project management in the implementation of their industrial and ESA internal activities, in accordance with the approved budget and in agreement with the established administration processes and the ESA contractual and financial regulations, and in the preparation of plans and reports concerning the project aspects i.e. cost, schedule, documentation, risk, and technical progress of the work, with the aim to provide full visibility on all activities related to resources.

This is a full-time position to be located at ESOC’s premises in Darmstadt with the planned start date as soon as possible.
You shall have a university degree and experience as Project Controller in a European Organization, with strong preference in Public Organizations.
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. You will have the capability to work in teams, while at the same time being a self-starter, able to work independently with little supervision.
Due to the variety of the tasks and the scope of the systems to be supported, you should be able to quickly adapt to changes in assignments, manage tasks in an efficient way, and demonstrate a high degree of independence and autonomy. You must have excellent analytical skills, and be effective working within a small team, and have good presentation and communication skills.
You should be able to conduct all your activities in an orderly and disciplined manner, encouraging a friendly and collaborative working environment, demonstrating capabilities in applying principles, handling critical discourse, and be open to discussing and sharing solutions with others. Moreover, you must be able to participate actively in technical meetings and/or formal reviews and activity assessments.
