I am currently partnered with a leading IPP in Germany, Are you ready to play a key role in the energy transition? Our client, a leading international renewable energy company with more than four decades of experience across wind, solar, energy storage, green hydrogen, and transmission & distribution, is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to join their growing commercial team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of major components and services for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, and associated infrastructure).
• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to project needs.
• Lead tenders, evaluate bids, and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, construction, and commercial teams.
• Support process optimization initiatives in partnership with the wider international procurement organization.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in procurement or contract negotiation (EPC, O&M, or construction contracts advantageous).
• Solution-driven mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working in an international team.
