Project A in Berlin seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to source suppliers across Europe and manage 1M+ procurement spend, driving value through data‑driven negotiations.

You will lead pricing terms, build strategic supplier relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve processes with automation and AI insights.

Based onsite in Berlin, you will contribute to fast-scaling growth and ensure reliable supply for a high‑growth, AI‑driven supply chain platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience in procurement sourcing, supply chain contracting, and fast-scaling tech environments.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with clear communication.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset in dynamic settings; interest in AI-driven transformation.
• German language proficiency preferred.

• Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns.

In this role, you’ll:

• Resolve supplier‑related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns

Your Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• You are experienced in the field of procurement sourcing, supply chain contracting and eager to take on responsibility in a fast‑scaling, tech‑driven environment
• You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision
• You bring a hands‑on mentality – you take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in dynamic settings
• You are motivated by technology‑driven transformation and curious about how AI can reshape global supply chains.
• Full business proficiency in German (preferred)
