Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Law is required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement or Legal.
• Experience in Ethics & Compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Procurement community on Ethics & Compliance matters.
• Support the Ethics & Compliance Representatives (ECR) community within Procurement.
• Identify, assess and resolve Ethics & Compliance issues across Airbus Procurement.
• Collaborate with Legal teams on Procurement-related matters.
• Support investigations into Procurement-related Open Line alerts with Legal.
• Lead and support awareness sessions and training on Ethics & Compliance globally.
• Support implementation and monitoring of procurement compliance controls.
• Contribute to projects strengthening Ethics & Compliance standards in Procurement.
• Support regular reporting and monitoring of KPIs.

What you will do

• Providing guidance to the Procurement community on Ethics & Compliance matters.
• Supporting the Ethics & Compliance Representatives (ECR) community within Procurement.
• Helping identify, assess and resolve Ethics & Compliance issues across Airbus Procurement.
• Collaborating with Legal teams across all Airbus Divisions on Procurement-related matters.
• Supporting investigations into Procurement-related Open Line alerts in coordination with Legal teams.
• Leading and supporting awareness sessions, training activities and workshops on Ethics & Compliance for Procurement teams worldwide.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls within Procurement.
• Contributing to or leading projects aimed at strengthening Ethics & Compliance standards and achieving Procurement compliance objectives.
• Supporting regular reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

What we’re looking for:

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or Business Law.

Professional experience

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement or Legal.
• Previous experience in Ethics & Compliance is an advantage.

Skills and knowledge

• Good knowledge of Change Management.
• Familiarity with Codes of Conduct is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.

Languages

• German: Fluent business proficiency.
• English: Fluent business proficiency.
• French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
