Zusammenfassung

Freenow by Lyft is seeking a reliable, data-driven Procurement Administrator to improve and maintain procurement processes in a fast-paced, international company. Location is flexible across Europe (Barcelona, Berlin or Hamburg).

You will support procurement managers with vendor sourcing, NDA collection, market research, RFPs and invoicing, manage tail spend, and explore AI use cases, collaborating with legal, finance, data protection, and information security teams.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management.
• Organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience abroad.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms.
• Appetite to explore and implement AI use cases.
