Zusammenfassung

Ubitium in Germany is seeking hardware engineers to work on advanced CPU architecture projects. You will contribute to design areas like Cache, MMU, multi-core coherence, and branch prediction.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of hands-on experience, are willing to relocate, and can thrive in a hybrid environment with on-site days and remote work.

• Relocation is required for the position.
• This role currently combines 4 days on-site with 1 day remote work.

• Showcase Verilog/SystemVerilog expertise and RISC-V experience in project work.

• Focus areas include but are not limited to: Cache, Memory Management Unit (MMU), Multi-Core & Bus Coherence, Branch Prediction, Debug & Test Structures.
• Prospective team members require experience in at least one focus area; strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills; RISC-V experience preferred.

Requirements

Master’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a relevant role. Relocation required. Currently 4 days on‑site, 1 day remote. Policy may change. We have multiple openings.
