Qualifikationen

  • 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikdienstleistern.
  • Selbstständige, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und starkes Prozessverständnis.

  • Unterstützung des Supply Chain Management-Teams im E-Commerce-Prozess.
  • Mitgestaltung neuer Prozesse für Endkunden.
  • Vorbereitung von Analysen und Präsentationen.
  • Visualisierung und Dokumentation neuer Prozesse.
  • Untersuchung von Prozessabweichungen und Entwicklung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Logistikdienstleister und Douglas-Abteilungen.
  • Teilnahme an Projekten, einschließlich Verantwortung für Optimierungsprojekte.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

Our Supply Chain Management department is responsible for steering and further developing central processes along the value chain. Within the “E-Commerce Outgoing Goods” operations process, we ensure efficient workflows for our customers and guarantee the highest level of service quality.

  • Support the Supply Chain Management team in the E-Commerce outgoing goods process
  • Contribute to designing new processes for end customers with a holistic view of the outgoing goods workflow
  • Prepare analyses and presentations to support the team leadership
  • Visualize and document new processes as well as process adjustments
  • Investigate process deviations and develop optimization measures
  • Act as an interface between our logistics service provider and the involved Douglas departments
  • Take part in exciting projects within our large central warehouse initiative, including independent responsibility for optimization projects
YOUR SKILLS
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in collaboration with logistics providers
  • Independent, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented working style with a high level of self‑motivation
  • Fast comprehension and strong process understanding
  • Interest in intralogistics processes and modern warehouse technologies
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially strong Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Hands‑on mentality combined with analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
