Zusammenfassung

PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH in Mannheim seeks a Digital Architect (f/m/d) to join the international IT & Digital organization. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization, and generative AI solutions to address complex business challenges.

You will lead end-to-end AI product development, build solutions with Python, PySpark, Databricks, and Azure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Several years of practical experience deploying data science solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern data science ecosystems, ML frameworks, and distributed data processing.
• Experience with cloud-based AI development, preferably on Azure, including APIs, version control, CI/CD and DevOps.
• Strong expertise in statistical modelling and machine learning, with Generative and Agentic AI experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile, cross-functional teams and translating complex concepts.
• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or pricing domains is beneficial but not required.
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.

• Experience with cloud-based AI development, preferably on Microsoft Azure, including software engineering practices like APIs, version control, CI/CD and DevOps
• Strong expertise in statistical modelling and machine learning, with relevant experience in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in agile, cross-functional teams and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, logistics, or pricing domains is beneficial but not required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. German is a plus.
