PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH is seeking a Digital Architect (f/m/d) to join our international IT & Digital organization at our headquarters in Mannheim, Germany. You will shape architecture and lead digital initiatives across markets.

Lead end-to-end solution design, align with business goals, manage budgets, and ensure security, compliance and timely delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or a related field.
• Professional IT, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture experience.
• International experience with stakeholders and business-fluent English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms.
• Ability to design and implement complex digital solutions across systems and channels.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud technologies, SDLC, and business case/budget management.

• International experience working with stakeholders, business-fluent English proficiency, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms and systems.
• Ability to design, plan, and successfully implement complex digital solutions across multiple systems and channels.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as Business Case development and budget management.
