Overview

European XFEL is an international non-profit company located in the Hamburg area in Germany. It operates a 3.4 km-long X-ray laser, which produces X-rays of unique quality for studies in physics, chemistry, the life sciences, materials research and other disciplines. The diverse scientific facilities at European XFEL enable scientists from across the globe to carry out a wide range of experimental techniques.

For our Asset Management group, we are looking for a

Process Management Expert / Process Analyst (f/m/d)

Aufgaben
  • Participation in project management for the introduction, implementation and optimisation of software-supported processes in the administrative area, taking into account legal regulations
  • Contribute to a company-wide programme to analyse processes with a focus on business administration
  • Design and set up a process excellence programme in order to implement a CIP
  • Define and design a process management framework
  • ldentify and analyse key processes and further topics in order to improve quality and efficiency
  • Record and improve processes in coordination with other process experts
Profil
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, (business‑)informatics, natural sciences or a comparable degree
  • lmproved knowledge on process management and notation
  • Experience in training and support of users
  • Ability to work on tasks independently
  • Will to contribute to group success in the areas of risk, process and asset management
  • Basic knowledge of corporate risk and asset management is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
