Job summary

Siemens needs a Process Expert to lead the eInvoicing implementation using SAP DRC across multiple countries. You will design processes, evaluate requirements, and harmonize templates with legal guidelines.

You will manage cross-project topics, develop training materials, and coordinate with governance and IT departments to ensure compliant, scalable solutions in a global Sherpa X program. Fluent English required; 2–3 days of mobile working per week are supported within a global flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Many years of professional experience, preferably in finance or finance-related solutions.
• Proven experience implementing eInvoicing solutions, preferably with SAP DRC and related components.
• Strong knowledge of SAP DRC configurations.
• Knowledge of agile project methodology and global/cultural experience.
• Client-facing experience across different countries.

Transform the everyday. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Expert in the field of eInvoicing Implementation to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for the implementation of eInvoicing solutions using SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) across multiple countries.

This will be your impact:

• Process Design and Automation: Evaluate global and regional business requirements for SAP DRC to implement efficient eInvoicing solutions across multiple countries.
• Business Requirements Evaluation: Design streamlined processes that meet business needs while ensuring technical efficiency and alignment with overall objectives.
• System Harmonization: Ensure harmonized process templates for financial systems, validated against legal requirements and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines.
• Cross-Project Management: Manage cross-project topics, including adapting guidelines and documenting new Accounting Instruction Financial Governance (AIFG).
• Implementation and Development: Oversee process improvements and deliver end-to-end implementation, from analysis to go-live, while creating and presenting training materials for stakeholders in your role as governance owner.
• Communication & Collaboration: Engage with Siemens Governance departments (CF T, CF R, LC CO, CF F, CM, …), other teams of Sherpa X project organization, stakeholders within the Sherpa X program environment, and Siemens IT departments regarding future requirements and integration.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Many years of professional experience, preferably in finance or finance-related solutions used within Siemens, and experience with SAP S4.
  • Proven experience in implementing eInvoicing solutions, preferably with SAP DRC and related technical components relevant for the process within Sherpa X (SAP BTP, SAP DRC, EDI, SAP Output Management).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP DRC and its configuration options.
  • Knowledge of agile project methodology, experience in a global environment, operational business experience, and intercultural experience.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role and experience working with clients across different countries.
