Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fachbereich erforderlich.
• Berufserfahrung in Planung und Betrieb von TGA-Systemen.
• Erkennung von baurechtlichen Anforderungen wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Prüfung von Sicherheitsanlagen in Gebäuden.
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während des Baus.
• Erstellung von Gutachten und Durchführung von Messungen.

Your tasks

• Independent testing of safety systems in buildings and industrial plants (including ventilation, smoke extraction, pressurized ventilation, CO warning and extinguishing systems)
• Carrying out quality control during construction
• Preparation of expert reports including the performance of measurements
• Supporting customers in complying with official and legal regulations
• Working in the field (independently or as part of a team) with support from the back office
• Use of your network to expand your customer base and expand your business
• If you are not yet recognized as an expert under building law, our partner will offer you participation in a comprehensive training programme

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of supply engineering, energy or building services engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in the planning, construction and operation of TGA systems
• Recognition or knowledge of building law and the trades to be inspected as well as experience in the preparation of expert reports desirable
• Strong expression skills for the preparation of meaningful and precise reports and expert opinions
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working
• Experienced with MS Office
• Class B driving license and willingness to work in the field in the region
