Job summary

Advanced Mask Technology Center sucht einen Prozessingenieur (m/w/d) – Lithografie-Prozess. Sie optimieren Prozesse und Anlagen in der Lithografie und arbeiten eng mit Kunden der Halbleiterindustrie zusammen, um hochwertige Mikroprozessor-, Logik- und Speicherelemente herzustellen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Entwicklung neuer Lithografieprozesse, Überwachung bestehender Abläufe und Steigerung der Effizienz von Prozessen und Equipment.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in einem technischen Fach ist erforderlich.
• Erfahrung in Lithografie oder Photomasken- bzw. Halbleiterproduktion von Vorteil.
• Erwünschte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und arbeiten eigenständig in einem teamorientierten Umfeld.
• Analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise bei neuen Herausforderungen.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Lithografieprozesse für die Produktionslinie.
• Überwachung und Steuerung vorhandener Prozesse.
• Steigerung von Effizienz und Leistung von Prozessen und Ausrüstung.
• Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Defektreduktion und Yield-Verbesserung.
• Betriebliche Unterstützung bei Problemlösungen.

• Development and implementation of new lithographic processes for our production line


• Monitoring and control of existing processes


• Increasing the efficiency and performance of processes and equipment for coating, temperature treatment, exposure & development

Your Profile:

• University degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, microelectronics, materials science or a comparable field


• Professional experience in lithography as well as in the production of photomasks or semiconductors is an advantage


• Experience in project management is desirable


• You like to take ownership and work independently in a team‑oriented business environment


• Strong analytical and systematic working style when facing new challenges


• Very good communication skills in German and English
