Advanced Mask Technology Center in Dresden seeks an Integration Engineer (m/f/d) to optimize photomask manufacturing processes from an integrative perspective and to develop technical solutions for customers in the semiconductor industry.

You will work within a global network of experts, manage multiple projects, analyze technical data, and support process improvements with a systematic, analytical approach.

Qualifications

• University degree in physics, chemistry, microelectronics or comparable field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Experience in processing and analyzing technical data.
• Experience handling integrative problems and solving technically challenging tasks.
• Good communication skills in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the further development of our manufacturing processes for leading optical products and photomasks.
• Responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple integrative projects and continuous improvement projects.

Your profile

• As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in physics, chemistry, microelectronics, material science or a comparable field
• Professional experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• You possess experience in processing and analyzing technical data.
• You are experienced in handling integrative problems and in solving technically challenging tasks.
• You approach new challenges systematically and analytically.
• You possess good communication skills in English and German.
