Job summary

NEURA Robotics in Stuttgart is seeking a production process owner who will ensure our manufacturing runs smoothly. You will analyze existing workflows at each workstation to spot opportunities for improvement and drive changes across teams.

You will lead improvement initiatives, coordinate with Engineering for design changes, and define KPIs to monitor quality and productivity. The role requires a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Qualifications

• Lean Management, Six Sigma or process simulation comes naturally to you.
• You can lead projects with several simultaneous workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production workflows at each workstation to identify improvements.

• Interface with Engineering and define design-change requirements.

• Analyzing existing production workflows and processes at each workstation to spot where there's room to improve.
• Getting to the bottom of things when disruptions pop up: digging into root causes and turning findings into concrete process adjustments.
• Leading work teams through the implementation of changes and continuous improvement initiatives in workstation design.
• Preparing decision papers for management – clear, well-founded, and to the point.
• Acting as the interface to Engineering, bringing forward requirements for design changes.
• Defining process KPIs to measure and track quality and productivity in production.
