Job summary

Neura Robotics is seeking a Production Process Specialist to own and optimize production workflows across workstations. You will analyze processes, identify improvements, and drive continuous improvements in workstation design to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis of disruptions, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering clear decision papers to management. You will collaborate with Engineering to shape design changes and define KPIs for quality

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methods.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
