Job summary

FRoSTA AG in Bremerhaven and nearby sites is seeking a Process Engineer (f/m/d) for Production Operations Management. You will focus on process optimization to increase efficiency, quality and productivity, assess new product concepts for feasibility, and share analysis with the product development team.

You will monitor processes using data, drive improvements, maintain master data, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Product Development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean Management, and the implementation and optimization of production processes.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., HACCP) and SAP.
• Strong teamwork skills and experience in interdisciplinary projects.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• By maintaining accurate process documentation and master data, you ensure high data quality throughout our production and planning processes.
