Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer for a 12-month contract in Germany (Stuttgart area) within medical device manufacturing. You will work with a key supplier to improve moulding processes, boost process reliability and ensure long term supply continuity.

Responsibilities include assessing existing moulding and manufacturing processes, validating tooling and processes, writing validation reports and supporting process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong process development experience in medical device manufacturing environments.
• Injection moulding experience.
• Process validation and revalidation expertise.
• Previous project management or project leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, validation documentation and compliance requirements.

We're supporting a leading global healthcare organisation on a critical supplier improvement programme and are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to join a long term project in Germany.

You will be working closely with a key manufacturing supplier to improve existing moulding processes, increase process reliability, reduce manufacturing risk and ensure long term supply continuity.
