You will manage projects, clarify requirements, and contribute to the smooth transition to production.

Ideally you hold a strong technical degree and show hands-on experience with heavy modules, safety-critical components, and cross-functional teamwork.

For an innovative development project in a high-tech environment at our Oberkochen location, we are seeking a dedicated Process Developer for Integration Modules and Systems (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a temporary basis (full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexible working hours and up to 40% remote work).

Project Management & Support: Independent management and support of development projects within a motivated team, focusing on the handling and integration of heavy and/or highly sensitive optical components.

Conceptualization & Process Development: Researching technical requirements, clarifying open issues, and analyzing and evaluating solution concepts and potential risks. Development of all necessary processes and tools.

Series Production Launch: Technical support for the series production launch of the newly developed processes and structured handover to manufacturing.

Optimization & Troubleshooting: Development of long-term improvement measures and targeted, technically competent resolution of any problems that arise.

Collaboration: Active participation in flat hierarchies and continuous improvement of existing standards.
