The Munich office is a key hub for the DACH region, investing across diversified sectors such as industrials, healthcare, business services, consumer, and technology. Following a record fundraise and several high‑profile exits, the team is expanding at Associate level to support continued investment activity across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full deal cycle including sourcing, valuation, and execution of investments across multiple industries
- Build detailed financial models and conduct market, operational, and strategic analyses
- Participate in due diligence processes alongside external advisors and management teams
- Work directly with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and bolt‑on acquisitions
- Develop thematic insights and sector research to identify new opportunities in the DACH and broader European markets
- Prepare materials for investment committee and internal approvals
Candidate Profile
- 1.5–4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A or leveraged finance), top‑tier consulting, or private equity/growth investing
- Strong academic performance from a leading institution
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, team‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in private equity and a willingness to relocate to Munich
