Workteil is seeking a Private Equity Associate for a distinguished private equity firm in Hamburg. You will conduct rigorous financial analysis, support portfolio companies, and help prepare investment memoranda and deal structuring.

You will work with senior colleagues on strategic initiatives, perform market research, and contribute to the firm’s investment opportunities, in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
