Principal Product Designer (Hybrid - Germany)

I’m partnered with a leading European tech company valued at €2.9B, hiring a Principal UX Designer.

You’ll lead end-to-end user experience for a platform that supports complex B2B workflows across desktop and mobile. This role focuses on understanding users, shaping interaction models, and aligning product decisions with real business impact. You’ll work closely with product, research, engineering and data science to define problems, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into scalable design solutions.

Expect to :

• Define UX strategies and frameworks for data-heavy tools, improving workflow efficiency and usability
• Conduct and synthesise user research with researchers and PMs to uncover pain points and inform prioritisation
• Map complex user journeys, design information architecture, and prototype intuitive interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product and engineering to validate designs through usability testing, metrics, and A / B experiments
• Contribute to a shared design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and scalability across products
• Mentor designers on UX best practices, design thinking, and evidence-based decision making
