Overview

Hobson Prior is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join a pharmaceutical organization in Munich, Germany. This is a home-based role open to candidates across Europe. In this position, you will lead programming activities for clinical trials and contribute to the development of innovative tools and automation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee programming tasks outsourced to external vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
  • Manage clinical trial data programming, including SDTM, ADaM, and TFLs.
  • Act as the primary programming representative during audits and address audit findings.
  • Develop R-Shiny applications and dashboards to automate table production.
  • Use advanced tools like Python and PowerBI for data visualization and graphics creation.
  • Write and validate new programs and macros to enhance automation within the team.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
  • Proficiency in advanced programming tools such as Python or PowerBI.
  • Experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industries.
