For our partner, the newest MedTech start-up, we are looking for a Principal Senior Product Manager SaaS (m/f/d), based in Berlin or working 100% remotely (occasional travel to Berlin).

Who is roclub?

roclub is a team of serial entrepreneurs and investors who have joined forces to build and scale roclub. roclub is a Teleoperation Platform for Medical Technology disrupting the way how MedTech is operated:

• Health Organizations will be able to ensure the operation of their medical technology anywhere, anytime and for any exam.
• Medical Technicians will be able to organize their jobs more flexibly, more independently and from anywhere in the world.
• Patients will never again miss an exam or receive it late due to lack of medical technical staff and expertise.

roclub is building an international, scalable SaaS platform with a strong IoT focus – backed by leading VCs.

What you will do:

• You will be solving some of the hardest challenges for our customers in our Teleoperation Portfolio
• You will work alongside the founders and our team of stellar engineers, UX/UI designer, sales, marketing, and customer success
• You will gain a deep understanding of our SaaS product and develop into a mastermind who owns all functionalities of the product
• Your work will be both strategic and operational. We require deep experience in high-growth SaaS B2B
• You will communicate with customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements
• You will design, prioritize, obtain buy-in, and execute the roadmap for our teleoperation products
• You will be responsible for leading the testing phases to ensure product quality and reliability
• You will define and prioritize the most valuable market opportunities for roclub to continue to grow

You are good at:

• Understanding of modern cloud technologies and data processing techniques. Ability to articulate and discuss architectural design decisions
• Approaching tasks in a structured way and deliver independently with strong motivation and commitment
• Biased towards action, constantly pushing towards clarity and delivery. You never hesitate to roll-up your sleeves and tackle tasks hands-on
• Defining a vision, product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value
• Navigating uncertainty and adapt to changing market conditions. Pivot product strategies when necessary
• People are impressed with your strong teamwork and communication skills
• Demonstrable 10+ years’ experience in product management – preferably in healthcare (medtech/ IT). Industry knowledge in Radiology and/or in SaaS environment is a plus
• A positive can-do attitude with outcome-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
