Flix in München is seeking a Principal Corporate Law & Corporate Financing to lead group-wide governance and coordinate financing activities. The role combines drafting and negotiating loan agreements with governance risk oversight.

You will oversee cap table management, shareholder and committee work, and coordinate MD/Director changes while collaborating with Finance, Tax and People teams. Fluency in German and English is required, with 8+ years in corporate or financing law.
