Zusammenfassung

PAYBACK GmbH is seeking an Intern to support the Mobile Innovation Team in Munich. You will analyze market and user trends, help develop new product ideas for the PAYBACK app, and gain hands-on experience with digital services and features.

You will work with Product Management, Analytics, Sales and Project Management, and contribute to creating new concepts while gaining practical insights into app development and digital business models.

Qualifikationen

• Studying Economics, Business Informatics, Media Management, or a comparable degree program, ideally third semester or higher.
• Very good German language skills (B2 or higher).
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel, ability to structure, prepare and analyze information.
• Interested in apps, digitalization, innovation and digital business models.

Aufgaben

• Support market and competitor analyses for mobile apps and loyalty programs.

What this role is about

In this role, you support the Mobile Innovation Team in the further development of the PAYBACK app. You analyze market and user trends, develop new product ideas together with the team, and gain insights into the design and implementation of digital services and features.

Your day-to-day work

• Support market and competitor analyses and the identification of relevant trends in the areas of mobile apps, loyalty programs, and digital services.
• Contribute to the development of new product ideas and features for the PAYBACK app and visualize concepts using mock-ups, wireframes, and presentations.
• Support data analysis and reporting in Excel, as well as the preparation of results and recommendations in PowerPoint.
• Work closely with teams from Product Management, Analytics, Sales, and Project Management and learn how new features and digital services for the PAYBACK app are created.
• Contribute your ideas to the further development of the PAYBACK app and support the creation of new concepts.

This role is a good fit for you if...

• You are studying Economics, Business Informatics, Media Management, or a comparable degree program and are at least in your third semester.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience through internships or vocational training.
• You already have experience with PowerPoint and Excel and can structure, prepare, and analyze information.
• You have very good German language skills (at least B2 level).
• You are passionate about apps, digitalization, innovation, and digital business models.
• You have an analytical mindset, enjoy working independently, and like contributing new ideas.
• You enjoy collaborating with different departments and have a strong interest in exploring and understanding new topics.

Compensation

• Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
• Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
• Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
• Working student (Master): €20 / hour
