Prada Outlet Metzingen is seeking a passionate Client Advisor (m/f/d) to represent the Prada Group to customers and achieve the department and store objectives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will manage the sales process, understand customer needs, present the product range, and drive cross-selling while ensuring proper product care within the department. Fluency in German and English is expected, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Advisor (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our Prada Outlet in Metzingen. As a Client Advisor (m/f/d), you will represent the Company toward customers and achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Department and the Store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
• Understand the customer's needs, both expressed and hidden.
• Present and value the product range.
