The Oxfordshire-based dental practice seeks a highly organized Practice & Operations Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of the business. You will oversee day-to-day administration, workforce coordination, payroll preparation, HR administration, recruitment, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
You will analyse information, identify opportunities to improve operations, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and documentation in Notion and other systems.
Location: Remote (South Africa Preferred | Philippines, Sri Lanka & India also considered)
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,000 per month (DOE)

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions that keep the practice running efficiently. This includes workforce coordination, payroll preparation, HR administration, recruitment coordination, reporting, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
