Job summary

Westernacher Consulting seeks a dynamic Practice Director (m/f/d) to lead Business Development and Sales in SAP Supply Chain Planning in Germany. You will drive the SAP IBP sales cycle, manage client expectations, and oversee delivery quality while shaping the go-to-market strategy for the SCP practice.

With proven sales and BD experience in SAP IBP, strong leadership, and fluency in German and English, you will mentor teams, collaborate across functions, and travel as needed to engage clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the SAP IBP domain, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of demand planning processes and SAP IBP functionality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support business development activities.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the practice.
