We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director (m/f/d) to lead Business Development and Sales in our SAP Supply Chain Planning practice in Germany. If you have a proven track record in sales, business development, and delivery management within the SAP IBP domain we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and opportunities by establishing strong partnerships and maintaining a visible presence in the market.
  • Drive the sales process for SAP IBP solutions, through pre-sales, proposal writing and contract negotiation.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SAP SCP practice, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the practice.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the SAP IBP domain, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of transportation management processes and SAP IBP functionality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
