Zusammenfassung

SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on Lead for AI Tutor teams to deliver high-quality training data and evaluations for our models. You will own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, and guideline adherence at scale.

You will lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors while collaborating with Humans Data Managers and Engineering. Applicants should have 1+ years in data labeling or related areas, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, content quality, or similar operational domains
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data quality metrics, annotation processes, and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear, or equivalent tools
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and training data impact on model performance

• Document outcomes and report project status, risks, and results
• Represent tutors and foster collaboration across the Human Data organization

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, content quality, or similar operational domains

• Candidates must be based in one of the listed eligible countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work is also possible
