Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead to head a team of audio engineers and deliver high-quality voice and audio for creators and media clients.

You will create, refine, and iterate on custom voices, clean and prep customer audio, and provide hands-on training on ElevenLabs tools while supporting customer calls and workflows. The role is remote globally, with options to work from offices in London, New York, San Francisco or Warsaw.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers.
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows.
