ElevenLabs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist based in Germany or remote to work with engineers, designers, and customers to deploy our voice AI technology. You will translate customer problems into data-driven requirements, design bespoke integrations, and guide deployments across industries.

This role offers opportunities to present demos, collaborate with research, and own end-to-end projects for strategic partners.

Qualifications

Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration to prototype/demo builds.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of ownership of complex projects.
Adaptability to work across different customer environments.
Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models.

Responsibilities

Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs.
Identify use cases with customers and work with Engineers to implement solutions.
Design bespoke integrations for customers.
Guide customers on best practices for implementing our models.
Present results and future proposals to technical teams and executives.
Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
Build demos of our voice and audio AI technology.
Scope applications in new industries and expand solutions globally.
Take ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams.
