A leading biopharmaceutical company in Baden-Württemberg is seeking a talented postdoctoral researcher to work on innovative therapeutic strategies for the treatment of sarcopenia. The role involves investigating muscle contraction using in vitro methods and collaborating with experts in various fields. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in biology or related fields and a strong understanding of skeletal muscle biology. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is a plus.
We are looking for a talented postdoctoral researcher who shares our ambition to discover innovative therapeutic strategies for the treatment of sarcopenia. Our goal is to identify and understand pathways that govern skeletal muscle function, metabolism and energy expenditure and use them for therapeutic interventions. In your role, you will work in vitro to investigate the effects of modulating specific pathomechanisms driving sarcopenia on muscle contraction.
Join our team and closely interact with experts in the field of cardio-metabolic disease, pharmacology, computational biology and drug discovery research. This Position is limited for 2 years.
