We are a family-owned business (3rd generation) specializing in cheese processing, including slicing, portioning, and cubing cheese. We value quality, teamwork, and employee development.

Responsibilities

1. Perform quality controls, including checking MHD and proper labeling with labels and foil.
2. Handle packing and sorting tasks.
3. Operate packaging machines and slicing equipment, with training provided.
4. Conduct tear tests and perform leak tests within the quality assurance area.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around machines.
6. Assist in various production areas to gain comprehensive experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system, Mon-Fri, weekly rotation).
• Health certificate (support provided).
• Basic German skills.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Previous production experience is a plus.
• Love for cheese is preferred.
