What to expect:

• You establish and optimize predictive project management.
• As a project coach, you advise and support the project managers with your technical expertise.
• Proactively and continuously optimize processes, PM methods, and tools to improve work results.
• You actively contribute your project management knowledge to PMO-relevant projects and work together with the project manager to ensure the success of the project.
• You ensure well-founded project setups, monitor PMO-relevant projects, and support their project management in implementing decisions/measures, establishing risk and opportunity management.

What you bring along:

• Successfully completed studies (business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, natural sciences) or comparable training.
• Several years of practical experience in project management (ideally in the defense industry).
• Ideally PM certification (e.g., IPMA Level C/D or Scrum Master).
• Experience with common agile and traditional project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Basic commercial knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a committed, independent working style.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
