Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG seeks a skilled electrical engineer with strong Beckhoff TwinCAT3 expertise to lead control system projects and commissioning at the Roding location.

You will plan, develop, and support automation solutions, collaborating with the hardware team to deliver robust machine control. Ideal candidates bring extensive TwinCAT experience, familiarity with TwinSAFE, good English, and a willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and service work.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as an electrical engineer, automation technology or a similar subject.
• Many years of experience with Beckhoff controllers (TwinCAT).
• Experience with TwinSAFE desirable.
• Good written and spoken English knowledge.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Programming Beckhoff TwinCAT3 and project planning for control systems.
• Cooperate with hardware planning for control system projects.
• Commissioning of machines and systems on site.
• Set up controls and interfaces to other devices.
• Commissioning of electrical systems and field bus systems (EtherCAT).

Your tasks:

• Responsible for programming Beckhoff TwinCAT3, project planning, further development as well as support of our handling machines according to relevant guidelines and regulations
• Project planning of the control system in cooperation with the hardware planning department
• Commissioning of machines and systems
• Setting up controls and interfaces to other devices
• Commissioning of the electrical system and field bus systems (e.g. EtherCAT)
• Recommissioning, service, conversion work on machines and systems on site

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical engineer, automation technology or a similar subject
• Many years of experience in handling Beckhoff controllers (TwinCAT)
• Experience in dealing with TwinSAFE desirable
• High motivation, sociability and ability to work in a team
• First experience in the automotive environment
• good written and spoken English knowledge
• Traveling
