BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications while abstracting away complexity.

Join a 100% remote, globally distributed team and work with Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD to build production-grade clusters, implement GitOps workflows, and set platform standards.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Proven expertise designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self-healing.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.
