Vestas is seeking a Plant Technical Support Engineer, Specialist (m/f/d) to bridge business and technical aspects and lead technical directions for a team. The role is part of Technical Operations North within Service NCE.

Your work includes overseeing R&D product integration, addressing escalations, and engaging with four technical communities to ensure value delivery. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or comparable educational background in information technology, automation technology or telecommunications.
• Strong leadership skills, for example as a project manager or manager.
• Knowledge of the wind energy industry; Experience with SCADA systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Technical Operations North

Technical Operations is part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in the installation and maintenance of a variety of SCADA systems for the control of medium- and large-scale wind turbines. Our mission is to transform a group of wind turbines into a fully operational power plant that meets contractual and regional requirements. Our customers are mainly larger energy supply companies and professional investors.

Your tasks

• Maintain an overview of new research and development (R&D) products and accompany their operational implementation


• Actively support technical escalations and risks for our business
