Zusammenfassung

Hyva is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership and business partnering within our manufacturing organization in Germany. This role entails accurate reporting, cost control, performance analysis and close collaboration with plant management to hit financial and operational targets.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing, drive profitability analyses, product costing and CAPEX evaluations, and ensure IFRS and German GAAP compliance while supporting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing environment.
• Experience with standard costing and manufacturing accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA).
• Product Costing & Standard Costing.
• Inventory Accounting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Variance Analysis.
• CAPEX Evaluation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Act as Finance Business Partner to the Plant Director and plant leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
• Report, analyze and explain actual, forecast and target results.
• Prepare annual budget planning and internal/external reporting.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital and operational performance.
• Perform profitability analyses, product costing, variance analysis and business case evaluations.
• Support capital efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and cooperate with auditors.
• Optimize financial processes and reporting tools.
• Support logistics with inventory and stock count processes.
• Ensure IFRS and German GAAP compliance, Group policies and internal controls.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Plant Controller is responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnering to the manufacturing organization.

The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, operational performance analysis and supports the Plant Management Team in achieving financial and operational objectives.

The Plant Controller acts as a strategic business partner while ensuring reliable plant controlling and compliance with Group and local statutory requirements.
