Nexans Power Accessories Germany GmbH-Hof is seeking a Plant Controller to drive financial performance for the Hof site. You will analyze the plant P&L, monitor productivity drivers, and support budgeting and forecasting with actionable insights.

The role requires 3–5 years of financial controlling experience, fluency in German and English, and strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous. A challenging, multinational environment awaits with opportunities for impact.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Analyse the plant/ business P&L and ensure the follow-up of the industrial performances (direct labor productivity, price variances, fix costs analysis)
• Analyse and improve the Working Capital turns together with the plant manager and the supply chain responsible
• Responsible of the consistency of the forecasts and budget construction for the site and helps the plant manager and the business to identify corrective action
• You initiate/participate in regular meetings with management (including production, supply chain, technology) in order to contribute to current focal points as required
• Continuous research and identification of performance improvements within production
• Support key topics based on Group and management guidelines through appropriate data analysis and recommendations
• Coordination with the external shared service center for accounting and tax tasks
• Enforce Group and company financial procedures - In addition, promote internal control across all functions
• Ensure that physical inventory is carried out properly and manage inventory adjustments

Qualifications

• University degree with a focus on controlling and/or accounting controlling or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience at least 3-5 years as financial controller
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Enjoy working in a motivated environment, familiarizing yourself with new tasks and dealing with numbers
• Above-average commitment, initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with SAP accounting software is an advantage
