Job summary

Freudenberg Group's Klüber Lubrication division in Germany seeks a Pilot Plant and Scale Up Technician (f/m/d) to join our global engineering team in Bavaria, near Munich. You will work on scale-up activities, pilot plant operations and process improvements across international projects.

You will apply your technical qualification in chemistry or process engineering, support safety and quality, and collaborate with colleagues across sites to deliver reliable, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a Chemical Master Technician, Process Technician, or equivalent.
• Experience in chemical, specialty chemicals, lubricants, or process manufacturing.
• Hands-on pilot plants, manufacturing processes or scale-up experience.
• Knowledge of process automation systems and digital manufacturing tools.
• Good English communication and willingness to travel internationally.
