Klüber Lubrication München GmbH & Co. KG in München is seeking a Pilot Plant and Scale Up Technician to plan, execute, evaluate, and document pilot plant batches and scale-up trials for new and existing products.

You will support the transfer of laboratory processes into pilot and production environments across global sites. Excellent hands-on experience with pilot plants, manufacturing processes, and scale-up activities is essential, along with knowledge of process automation and digital

Qualifikationen

• Qualification as a Chemical Master Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable technical qualification in chemistry or process engineering.
• Initial professional experience in the chemical, specialty chemicals, lubricants, or process manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with pilot plants, manufacturing processes, or scale-up activities.
• Knowledge of process automation systems and digital manufacturing tools.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to collaborate internationally and travel occasionally.
• Strong analytical thinking with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• High commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.

• Prepare technical documentation, manufacturing instructions, and reports while ensuring accurate and compliant records.
