Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an experienced backend engineer to own and evolve critical internal tools. You will design and ship scalable PHP/Laravel backends and contribute to AI-driven features, with a focus on performance and observability.

You will work across the stack, leverage Laravel Nova, shape data models in MySQL/MariaDB/Postgres, and push for robust APIs and automation. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5-6 years building production backend systems in PHP.
• Strong with PHP 8.5 Laravel, with hands-on Laravel Nova experience.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript to wire a feature end-to-end.
