Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced C++ technical lead in Germany to drive end-to-end customer projects, develop core scheduling components, and uphold quality through TDD and CI/CD. The role focuses on architecture, standards, and strategic technical ownership, with a strong emphasis on building and leading a young engineering team.

You will collaborate directly with the Co-CEO, shape the tech culture, and define robust customer integration paths while maintaining clear external communication.

Qualifikationen

• Multyple years of experience with modern C++ (C++17/20/23).
• Proficiency with the STL and Boost.
• Clean Code principles and familiarity with SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI and design patterns.
• Confident use of CMake, Git and unit testing with GoogleTest.
• Experience in debugging and profiling.
• Strong sense of ownership, pragmatism and quality awareness.
• Clear, objective communication internally and externally.
• German language skills at B2 level; English at C1/C2.
• Nice-to-have: AI-assisted coding tools (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Nice-to-have: Cross-platform/Windows build processes; CI/CD; Linux; Docker.

• Several years of experience— typically 5+ years—with modern C++ (C++17/20/23)


• Proficiency with the STL and Boost

• Experience in debugging and profiling


• Strong sense of ownership, pragmatism and quality awareness
