Job summary

Gulp AG sucht am Standort Köln eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für die pharmazeutische Produktion. Sie arbeiten gemäß GMP in Reinraumumgebungen, bedienen Produktionsmaschinen und prüfen Prozesse, um hochwertige Halbfertige bzw.

fertige Produkte sicher herzustellen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Chargenherstellung nach Spezifikationen, Dokumentation gemäß Richtlinien und Beteiligung an Verbesserungsprojekten im Bereich Qualität, GMP und Lean Management.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als pharmazeutischer Techniker, chemischer Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Gute Kenntnisse von GMP-Richtlinien und Dokumentation sind vorteilhaft.
• Gute Verständnis technischer Prozesse sowie Kenntnisse von Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von pharmazeutischen Produktionsprozessen gemäß GMP-Richtlinien unter Reinraumbedingungen.
• Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen und Ausrüstungen; Mess- und Prüfinstrumente verwenden.
• Herstellung von Chargen nach Vorgaben; Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten gemäß internen Richtlinien und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
• Unterstützung bei Wartung, Reinigung und Sterilisation von Produktionsanlagen nach GMP- und SOP-Richtlinien.
• Teilnahme an Projekten in den Bereichen Qualität, GMP und Lean Management.
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und sicherem Arbeitsumfeld.

Execution of pharmaceutical production processes in accordance with GMP guidelines for the manufacture of high-quality liquid and semi-solid bulk preparations under cleanroom conditions. Operation and monitoring of production machines and equipment, including measuring and testing devices, for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Preparation of production batches in accordance with specified formulas and manufacturing instructions. Performance of quality controls and tests during the production process. Documentation of production data and results in accordance with internal guidelines (machine and shift logs) and regulatory requirements. Support in the maintenance, cleaning, and sterilization of production facilities in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines. Participation in production projects, particularly in the areas of quality, GMP, and lean management. Compliance with occupational safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician or a comparable qualification
• Experience in pharmaceutical production as well as good knowledge of GMP guidelines and documentation are advantageous.
• Good understanding of technical processes and knowledge of production machines and equipment
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Careful and conscientious work methods with a high level of quality awareness
• Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts and on weekends, as well as flexibility regarding working hours.
