Job summary

Randstad Professional Solutions sucht am Standort Frankfurt am Main eine/n pharmazeutische/n Produktionsmitarbeiter/in zur direkten Vermittlung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Herstellung steriler Darreichungsformen, Abfüllung, Prüfung von Materialien und die Sicherstellung GMP-konformer Dokumentation.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem pharmazeutischen Beruf (Pharmakant, Chemikant, Chemielaborant oder CTA).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln sind erwünscht.
• GMP-Kenntnisse sowie PC-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Herstellung steriler Darreichungsformen in Bereichen der Produktvorbereitung und Abfüllung.
• Durchführung von Mengenprüfungen und komplexen Vorbereitungsverfahren.
• Bedienung und Überwachung von Sterilisations- und Reinigungsanlagen.
• Montage und Demontage von Anlagen und Ausrüstung, von der Vorbereitung bis zur Reinigung.
• Filtertests und Destillation von Ausgangsmaterialien für sterile Darreichungsformen.
• Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen; GMP-Dokumentation in Produktions- und Schichtprotokollen.
• Eigenständige Identifikation und Behebung von Produktionsproblemen.

Responsibilities include: assisting in the production of sterile dosage forms in the areas of product preparation and filling; performing weighing and complex preparation procedures; operating and monitoring various sterilization and cleaning systems; assembling and disassembling all equipment, from preparation and filling to cleaning; filter testing and distillation of starting materials for the production of sterile dosage forms; conducting in-process controls; maintaining GMP-compliant documentation in production logs, machine logs, and shift records; and independently identifying and resolving production issues.
