Job summary

Gulp AG sucht ab 01.12.2026 einen Pharma-Representant (m/w/d) zur Betreuung von Spezialisten, Allgemeinärzten und Kliniken im Schmerz- und Diabetessegment. Nach der Einarbeitung verantworten Sie die Erreichung von Verkaufs- und Produktivitätszielen innerhalb des Budgets.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung von Business-Plänen, die Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen, Sales- und Marketingkampagnen sowie Präsentationen; Sie unterstützen das Key-Account/Hospital-Netzwerk und Marktzugang.

Qualifications

• Training as a pharmaceutical representative or permission to work according to AMG § 75a.
• With and without professional experience.
• A driver's license is required.
• German language skills at least C1 level, both spoken and written.

Job description

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Representative (m/f/d) to start on December 1, 2026. After 18 months of client-side assignments, there is the possibility of securing a permanent position with one of our pharmaceutical clients. Following thorough onboarding, you will be responsible for managing specialists/general practitioners and hospitals in the pain/diabetes indications. Your responsibilities will include achieving agreed-upon sales, productivity, and performance targets within budget and timeframes; developing business plans and implementing necessary activities such as client events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve these targets; and supporting the key account/hospital network and market access, including referral networks. Target audience: Pain and Diabetes. Target group: Specialists, physicians, hospitals.
